За что меня забанили? Из 20 хабов, на которых я нахожусь ежедневно, только на вашем меня банят. Но за что?
For what banned me? From 20 hubs on which I am daily, only on yours I am banned. But for what?

I never seen original StrongDC++ client behaving like your does (gathering all IPs), are you sure you don't have some kind of mod like Greylink++?

This is not normal for original StrongDC++. Make sure that in favorites you have disabled client check aswell. Try to restart your client after disabling operator features.
