This is because the first thing it tries to do is communicating with your local DNS server - not strange at all, because it is a DNS application, it uses your local DNS server for further lookups. Secondly, did you even use any of those 22 antiviruses in your life? I don't think so, I don't even recognize any of their names except Symantec. And last thing, this application is open source, download Masm32 from official website, compile the program and you will get same result. Do you see any "malware" in source code? I don't think so. So I suggest you think before you say something.
